Starts every 4 weeks. This program meets Monday and Wednesday evenings for three weeks followed by a weekend of fun dives.

The final weekend is spent completing the open water fun dives.

Starts Friday night. This convenient schedule allows you to complete training in just two weekends.

• Friday 6:30pm - 9.30 pm (class)
• Saturday 12:00 pm - 4:30pm (class and pool)
• Sunday 9:30am - 4:30pm (class and pool)

In Virginia Beach, all class and pool practice is completed in the first weekend at the diver training center at the YMCA in Virginia Beach. VA

In Newport News, classes and pool is completed at the BEECHWOOD RECREATIONAL POOL
